We ship via UPS to the 48 continental states and via USPS to Post Office Boxes and to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands and Canada. See the chart below for standard shipping charges and additional amounts required for express delivery and areas outside the continental USA. Weekends are not included when calculating express delivery.

Substitutions & Perishable Items
Occasionally a substitute of equal or greater value may be required to complete an order so that your gift will arrive on time. Some decorative packaging may vary slightly from that pictured. During the months of May through September, gift packages normally containing chocolate items will be substituted with fudge or pralines. Chocolate items, excluding fudge, are shipped from October 1 through April 30 only due to hot weather. Pralines have a shorter shelf life than any of our other products and are best if eaten within two weeks.

Simply send us your gift list typed or printed legibly, making sure all the addresses are current, correct and include zip codes, company names and apartment or suite numbers.
Gift lists via email in spreadsheet form (preferably Excel) will help us process your orders more efficiently.
Please include a cover sheet or order form with your name, address, phone number, fax or email address, payment information and the number of orders attached.
Indicate the gift items desired and the message to be included on the gift cards or include your personal cards.
